About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to drive our expansion in the UK market. As a leader in AI-driven telecare solutions, we partner with healthcare providers, local authorities, and distributors to deliver cutting-edge medical technology to those who need it most. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong network in the healthcare, telecare, or public sector.
Your responsibilities:
- ▸ Headhunting new business contacts, potential clients, partners, and distributors.
- ▸ Expanding the company’s presence in international markets.
- ▸ Coordinating and implementing innovative AI-driven telemedicine solutions for end customers.
- ▸ Identifying business growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and establishing strategic partnerships with key international stakeholders.
- ▸ Building a portfolio of leading distributors and regional partners in the telemedicine market (including medical, local government, governmental, and senior care sectors).
- ▸ Reaching potential clients and negotiating favorable terms while establishing strong and long-term business relationships.
- ▸ Achieving sales targets set for a given market (e.g., motivating distributors, planning strategic actions).
- ▸ Negotiating distribution agreements and commercial terms with distributors and clients.
What we are looking for:
- ▸ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, primarily in the international telecare or medical industry.
- ▸ Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effectively formulating strategies across multiple business and governmental levels.
- ▸ Fluent English (minimum B2); additional foreign language proficiency is a plus.
- ▸ Strong ability to understand and interpret the needs of international clients and align them with program requirements.
- ▸ High level of independence and effectiveness in execution.
- ▸ Familiarity with the telemedicine, medical, or technology sector.
- ▸ Proactive approach, engagement, and a strong focus on delivering solutions.
