Mondial Assistance cares for 10.5 million people in Poland, and from now on, it offers its clients
telecare. As part of the offer developed by SiDLY and Mondial Assistance, individual customers will
be able to choose an insurance package enriched with SiDLY product and costs.
SSpecial insurance packages by Mondial Pomoc support the activation of catering, telecare services
for seniors and the insured in certain situations, e.g. after leaving hospital. The 24-hour telecare of
the telemedicine center is important for seniors and people after hospitalization. By purchasing
selected insurance packages, the client can use the telecare service if needed, when it is really

SiDLY is a Polish telecare system based on a wristband, test platform and mobile application. The
SiDLY wristband monitors the user's vital signs and, in the event of an emergency, sends a signal to
the telemedicine center. Rat call center contacts the user via the voice assistant function and provide
assistance, available from place and time. The headband is equipped with a number of functions,
including in. fall detector, heart rate measurement, SOS button or two-way voice communication.
From October 2020, SiDLY was entered into the provincial register conducting medical activities as
NZOZ Telemedicine Clinic SiDLY Healthcare. The company has services in Poland, experience in the
