The SiDLY telecare system in care units increases the quality of services provided by the unit, increases the sense of security of charges and optimizes the work of carers. Thanks to the automation of medical measurements and fall detection functions, the system automatically informs the caregiver about the need to react. The SOS button further enhances the security of the user of the telecare wristband. Quick response to emergency situations (SOS, fall), prevention of unconscious distancing of charges from the unit, reminding about medication or locating the wristband user are just some of the benefits. The SIDLY telecare system allows for services to extend with telecare services, and thus increases the unit's competitiveness.

The power of
telecare
SiDLY telemedicine wristbands

“I never planned to create the telecare market in the future. The life experience that I had to come across a few years ago made me find the strength to create one of the most innovative telecare products in Europe that will help not only the person closest to me, but also other people struggling with health problems. It is for you that we implement projects that are to help in everyday functioning. “
Edyta Kocyk, Founder and President of the Board
SiDLY was the first in Europe to create a professional medical device in the form of a wristband. The device makes medical measurements and sends them to the platform on an ongoing basis.

Hospitals
The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is overloading hospitals. This applies to both infectious wards and homonymous hospitals, and - indirectly, by resource shifts, changing organization - all other hospital wards. An immediate way for all hospitals to reduce the uncontrolled inflow of patients in some extent and ensure the efficient operation of wards is the use of the SiDLY telemedicine system which improves the flow of patients.
The system increases the safety of medical personnel, reducing unnecessary contacts with the patient in the ward, in the isolation room in particular, through automatic and remote measurements. In this way, it also reduces the burden on doctors and nurses. At the same time, it ensures a high standard of patient safety, triggering an alarm in case of deterioration of its condition or arbitrary movement outside the designated area, and thus activates two-way voice communication directly from the wristband. It also replaces the use of parts of hospital measuring equipment and reduces the consumption of disposable personal protective equipment.
Secure the continuity of medical procedures.

Local governments
Improving the implementation of the strategy of senior care, improving the quality of social services in local government, increasing the attractiveness and innovation of social policy - these are just some of the benefits of implementing a telecare system with monitoring wristbands. The implementation of SiDLY telecare technology in local governments increases the attractiveness of entities as places of residence for dependent persons, the disabled, seniors and those requiring constant monitoring.
SiDLY telecare wristbands allow seniors, people living alone and requiring support in their daily lives to remain in their environment, without having to move to a care facility. Local governments using the Polish, innovative SiDLY telecare are senior friendly units. In addition, it is possible to purchase the monitoring service by a specialized telecare center, where the 24-hour system receives alerts from the telemedicine wristband and provides appropriate support (tele-advice, contact with a carer, calling appropriate emergency services).
Let's talk about benefits!

Foundations
Through cooperation with the SiDLY team, a foundation facilitates access to new telemedicine technologies for individuals and entities whose monitoring can help improve their everyday functioning: seniors, patients. Every day, foundations enable many implementations of the SiDLY telecare wristband for needy people. Promoting the idea of telecare and the use of telemedicine technologies is an important goal of developing e-health strategies in Europe. We invite foundations related to the implementation of senior and health policies to familiarize themselves with the offer of SiDLY monitoring wristbands and to learn about the possibilities of the SIDLY telecare system.

Employers
Improving work efficiency, increasing employee safety, and thus the attractiveness of the workplace, are just some of the benefits of using the SiDLY telecare system. SiDLY telecare wristbands enable constant monitoring of employee parameters, faster response to fainting or falls, dangerous especially among physical workers, and provide data enabling better adjustment of tasks to the employee's condition. The collected data will allow the employer not only to improve the quality and safety of work, but also help in building a workplace development strategy in the company. In addition, employers are more and more often choosing telecare gift packages for their employees as part of a dedicated offer or non-financial gratification. Such a gift is a gesture of concern for the health and well-being of employees and their families.

Individual clients
Thanks to our solution, the family of the wristband user (a child, a senior) can perform daily duties: work, study, be in a different place than the wristband user and at the same time look after a loved one.
The SiDLY service is a 24-hour telecare service provided by rescuers consisting of three cooperating elements:
A. Telemedicine wristband for the user (a child, a senior), which measures vital signs (heart rate, saturation, temperature) and sends them via the GSM network to the system. It is also equipped with an SOS button that allows you to send alerts to the call center in emergency situations. It is the only wristband on the Polish market to be confirmed as a high quality medical product.
B. A 24-hour telecare center that receives accurate measurement data from the wristband. Rescuers in the center respond to irregularities detected in measurements, alarms reported by the user of the wristband and signals from the fall detector. Rescuers, having data from the GPS module of the wristband and a two-way voice communication with the wristband user, are able to effectively organize a rescue operation without the participation of the carer.
C. An application for a carer which is to reliably provide the family with demonstrative data presenting aggregated measurement results so that he or she can quickly assess the overall condition of the charge.
The SiDLY system is the only Polish system on the market with a wristband confirmed to be a quality medical product. This is a Polish product. The service is provided by rescuers in the call center who, thanks to their knowledge and experience, can provide appropriate support to seniors / users of the wristband.

Project implemented in the wielkopolskie voivodeship
Complaining about shortness of breath and breathing problems, the Senior woman pressed the SOS button on a telemedicine wristband. The wristband automatically sent an alarm signal to the platform, which was registered by the 24-hour telemonitoring center.
The inability to draw air and pain in the diaphragm prevented proper breathing. The rescuer urgently called a Medical Rescue Team. The woman was taken to a hospital.

Project implemented in the pomorskie voivodeship
The project participant fell from a height of 1.5 m in a bathroom. The incident was so unfortunate that his chest hit the bathtub.
The fall detector, located in the telemedicine wristband, triggered the location function and sent a signal to the platform, which allowed the immediate determination of the Senior’s area of residence and a quick call to the emergency services.

Senior SOS project implemented in the lubelskie voivodeship
The charge of the project complained about malaise and problems falling asleep.
The SiDLY telemedicine wristband measured the pulse, which made the Rescuer in the call center register too high vital functions parameters in the Senior and, in accordance with the applicable procedures, notify a Medical Rescue Team. The charge was taken to a hospital.
